John Ha is a seasoned emergency management professional with over 30 years of experience in disaster response, public safety, and multi-agency coordination. He retired as a Battalion Chief after leading emergency operations and community resilience initiatives and has trained responders nationwide as a Master Instructor. John holds degrees in transportation and engineering management, emergency management, paramedic science, and fire technology.
